Tacoma-Ames represents two of the oldest hydro generating facilities in the
nation. eureka software built a relicensing web site to organize
process and meeting information but also to emphasize the
time period and location of this project while designing and implementing a
structure for the two separate project areas of the Tacoma Project and the
Ames Project. Both sites are accessed from the same main page while each site
maintains information specific to its project.
eureka software also published and e-filed to the FERC the
license application for this project. |

The Toledo Bend Project Joint Operations
(TBPJO) is a combined effort of the Sabine River Authority, State of Louisiana and the Sabine River Authority of Texas. The Toledo Bend Reservoir, at 185,000 acres, is the largest man-made reservoir in the South. Toledo Bend has over 1,200 miles of shoreline; 503 miles in Louisiana and 762 miles in Texas.
eureka software worked with the TBPJO to
design a portal web site for the two authorities and public and private web sites to help with the public involvement process related to the relicensing of the Toledo Bend Project. The sites incorporate the latest in Microsoft's SharePoint© technologies to enable greater
collaboration among the project stakeholders.

eureka software designed and created the Pacific
Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) McCloud-Pit Hydroelectric Project Relicensing
Public Sharepoint© Website. This is an information resource for parties interested in
the relicensing of PG&E's McCloud-Pit Hydroelectric Project. The site was
designed specifically to accommodate the long-term process of hydro
relicensing. PG&E has chosen the Integrated License Process (ILP). The
initial FERC license for the Project expires July 31, 2011.
eureka software designed the SharePoint site to be easy to maintain by
PG&E
personnel. The site makes it
easy for PG&E to provide constantly updated information to the parties
interested and involved with the relicensing process.

eureka software designed and created the Nevada
Irrigation District’s (NID) Yuba-Bear Hydroelectric Project Relicensing
Public Sharepoint© Website. This is an information resource for parties interested in
the relicensing of NID’s Yuba-Bear Hydroelectric Project. The site was
designed specifically to accommodate the long-term process of hydro
relicensing. NID has chosen the Integrated License Process (ILP). The
initial FERC license for the Project expires April 30, 2013.
eureka software also developed an "in-house" website enabling NID to
use internet technology for collaboration and development of their
relicensing documents. The Sharepoint site provides collaborators in the
licensing process a secured shared workspace and excellent document
management.
The site was designed to be easy to maintain by NID
personnel. The project includes substantial architecture, upscale design,
and database design and integration to facilitate management of a complex
relicensing process. The site is expandable and has viable capabilities that
can be maintained throughout the length of the process. In-house training
was provided for key personnel to be able to update and maintain the web
site and its data.
Database-driven active server pages provide NID with one
point of entry for meeting and correspondence data creating a long-term
record of participants, meeting dates, and correspondence between NID and
its stakeholders and the general public. This data is parsed throughout the
site to make it easy to maintain with less errors.
