Sort items
You can use any column of a list, document library, picture library, or discussion board to sort items.
- On the page that displays the list, document library, picture library, or discussion board, click the name of the column you want to use for the sort order.
Note If you want to reverse the sort order (ascending or descending), click the name of the column again. An arrow indicates the direction of the sort.
