On November 22, 2006, The Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) submitted its Final License Application (FLA) for the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, marking a major milestone in the utility’s multi-year effort to obtain a new operating license.
Paper copies and sets of interactive CD-ROM and DVD discs were produced by Eureka Software. The CD-DVD-ROM set contains all of the publicly accessible documents for the
FLA. The document is currently residing on the
EWEB Relicensing web site.
