On September 22, 2008, The Sabine River Authority, State of
Louisiana and the Sabine River Authority of Texas submitted the Pre-Application
Document (PAD) for the Toledo Bend Project to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, marking a major milestone in the
authorities' multi-year effort to obtain a new operating license. All of the
files on this interactive CD-ROM were produced and eFiled with the FERC by Eureka Software. The CD-ROM set contains all of the publicly accessible documents for the
PAD. The document is currently residing on the
TBPJO Public Relicensing web site.
