best results, upgrade to this free software:
Our web site is best viewed with the latest Microsoft or Netscape
browser. Also many of the documents are in the Adobe portable document
format (PDF) and that will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader. We recommend
that you upgrade to one of the two browsers and to Acrobat Reader 8.0.
This software is free for your use and can be downloaded by clicking on
the buttons below:

Tips
for Web site use:
PDF
Document Viewing
On
a moderately sized screen, screen management can be an issue.
There are two things you can do to manage a full screen view of the
document.
1. Use your browser back button to return to the linked page.
2.
To get a document to display in an entirely new full window without
the title or side menu you can:
- On
the PC: Right click on the link to the document and choose Open
in a New Window from the popup menu.
- On
the Mac: Hold down on the link to the document and choose Open
Link in New Window from the popup menu.
To
return from a full screen view, just close the window.
3.
To download an entire PDF file to your local machine so that you can
view it later without being connected to the Web you can:
- On
the PC: Right click on the link to the document and choose Save
Target As... from the popup menu.
- On
the Mac: Hold down on the link to the document and choose Download
Link to Disk from the popup menu.
Incremental
Downloading of Documents for Faster Viewing
(A Feature of Acrobat Reader 4.0-8.0)
Some
of the PDF documents on this Web site are quite large and have been optimized
for incremental downloading. (Incremental downloading allows the user
to view one page at a time without having to down load the entire
document). Our Web site supports incremental downloading and we suggest
that you upgrade to the Acrobat Reader 4.0-8.0 to take full advantage of this
feature.
Bookmarks

Each
of the larger PDF documents has bookmarks that allow easy access into
the document. To view the document using bookmarks:
- On
both the PC and Mac: Select the Bookmarks and Page button from the Acrobat
Reader Application Bar.
The bookmark window can be closed to expand screen space. It can also
be resized. This can be done by moving the cursor over the right
vertical edge of the bookmark frame until the frame resizing arrows appear.
Click on the resizing arrows and drag them to the left to reduce the size
of the bookmark frame and to the right to expand the bookmark frame.
Printing

To
print the content of a page you can:
On
the PC:
- Select
the page to be printed by clicking on it and click on the Print
button on the Browser Navigation Bar, or
- Choose
Print under the file menu , or
- Right
click on the contents of the page and choose Print from the
popup menu.
On
the Mac:
- Select
the page to be printed by clicking on it and click on the Print
button on the Browser Navigation Bar, or

- Choose
Print under the file menu and choose Print in
the dialog box. It will print the selected frame automatically.
If
the page contains a PDF file opened with the Acrobat Reader Plug-in in
your browser, use the Acrobat Reader Application Bar Print
button to print the file.

With
large files it sometimes helps to download the entire file, open it in
Acrobat Reader, and then print it.
