The irrigation caucus members and others will co-host a seminar
in Bend, Oregon in early May of 2007, along with the
Oregon Department of Energy and the
Energy Trust of Oregon to discuss development of new hydro
facilities, particularly those on existing diversion or pipeline
delivery facilities.
