View an attached file of a list item

1. On the top link bar, click Documents and Lists.
2. Click the list in which you want to view an attached file.
3. Click the list item that contains the attached file.
4. Beside Attachments, click the file name to open and view the file.

Note  If the site you're using is a Meeting Workspace site, ignore step 1. For step 2, click the list title in the Web Part.
