Delete previous versions of a file

Do either of the following:

Delete one previous version of a file

  1. On the page that displays the library, in the row where the name of the file appears, point to the file that you want to delete, click the triangle on the bar that appears, and then click Version History on the menu that appears.
  2. In the Modified column, point to the version of the file that you want to delete, click the triangle on the bar that appears, and then click Delete on the menu that appears.
  3. When prompted to confirm that you want to delete the previous version of the file, click OK.

Delete all previous versions of a file

  1. On the page that displays the library, in the row where the name of the file appears, point to the file that you want to delete, click the triangle on the bar that appears, and then click Version History on the menu that appears.
  2. Click Delete Previous Versions.
  3. When prompted to confirm that you want to delete all previous versions of the file, click OK.
