Specify rights available for site groups

1. On the server computer, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click SharePoint Central Administration.
2. On the SharePoint Central Administration page, in the Virtual Server Configuration section, click Configure virtual server settings.
3. On the Virtual Server List page, select the virtual server you want to change.
4. In the Security Settings section, click Manage user rights for virtual server.
5. Select or clear the box for a specific right to enable or disable it.

   Select or clear the Select All box to enable or disable all rights in the list.

6. Click OK.
