The Things To Bring list ensures that attendees come prepared to the meeting. The list can request that attendees bring such things as writing materials, hard copies of documents from the document library in the workspace site, food, or other necessities that ensure a successful meeting.
The Things To Bring list Web Part is displayed by default on the home page in the Social Gathering template.
