Troubleshoot the XML Web Part
Troubleshoot the XML Web PartI am having problems using the XSL Link or XSL Editor property in the XML Web Part
Possible reasons include the following:
- The Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) specified in the XSL Link (XSLLink property) or XSL Editor (XSL property) is not valid. Make sure you have specified a valid XSL style sheet for this Web Part.
- The XSL file specified in the XSL Link (XSLLink property) cannot be accessed by the site server. The site server may have anonymous access disabled or require you to log in with a user name and password. In either case, this makes the file inaccessible.
If you can:
- Move the XSL file to a secure location that has anonymous access enabled or to the same site as the XML Web Part.
- Request the site administrator to enable anonymous access.
- Move the XSL content from the XSL Link (XSLLink property) to the XSL Editor (XSL property).
For assistance, contact your site administrator.
