The current Project license expires July 31, 2011 and PG&E is seeking a new license to continue operation of the Project under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC’s) new Integrated Licensing Process (ILP) as established in regulations issued by FERC July 23, 2003 (Final Rule, Order No. 2002) and found at 18 CFR Part 5.  Read More...
